This past Halloween, Charis and I went to a costume party in Vancouver. We tried to come up with some costume ideas. There were so many to choose from that it was a difficult process. We wanted to go as a duo, something that we could be together. Some of our ideas included 2 peas in a pod, the queen of hearts and the queen of diamonds, an old married couple and my personal favourite... bacon and eggs!
We were pretty keen on the idea of buying some wigs to start our very own tickle trunk for other occasions as well and so when we went to Value Village on Sat afternoon, we had a sole purpose... find some wigs. We went straight to the wig isle and fell in love with two matching wigs and the Betty and Veronica idea was born. We stopped by Old Navy to pick up some matching kids shirts, the dollarstore to pick up bright pink lipstick and went back home to dream up our idea. Here's the end product:

Kim! Just found your blog through Kristin's. Nice! I just needed to tell you I really enjoyed the card and confetti you sent Jena-- she just walked in the room and announced (all proud of yourself) that she thought of another New Year's resolution: "To not get pregnant!!!" :) Hope you thought of a good one.
